I first had the opportunity to meet Darlene and she was a great resource when we decided to adventure with our family and move to Florida from cold Albany, NY. My family of 4 plus our 2 dogs had intense challenges finding the right home to live, among others, the fact that one of our dogs was borderline 50lbs. Darlene, exhibited confidence and professionalism since my first contact was through phone. She facilitated the paperwork to be done remotely prior to our arrival.
